What to do in case of accident?

When an accident happens, it is important to be able to verify the damages caused, which is why we recommend you not to begin repairing the damages before reporting the accident. Should it be urgent to begin the repair in order to prevent greater damages, we kindly ask you to take pictures and keep any remains of the accident for their subsequent verification.

New service for our car insurance customers. With this service, after our customers send a tow truck assistance request, they receive a text message that allows them to track the truck’s arrival. By clicking on the link in the text message, the customer can see a map with his/her location and that of the tow truck, as well as the estimated time of arrival, and he/she can also see the truck moving towards its destination. Although being stuck on a road or in a city due to a car breakdown is an uncomfortable situation for everyone, this functionality eliminates uncertainty regarding the time assistance will arrive.
